Property management is more challenging and litigious than ever before in tenant friendly Minnesota, so it’s essential to have the job done right. Skills include good communication, accuracy and attention to detail, organization and documentation, risk management, strong knowledge of rental laws and legal matters, having an owners mindset, empathy and ability to work with tenants reduces legal risk and costs of time and money for owners. Nick owns and manages his own rental properties and manages for other owners as if they were his own.
