About Freedom Rental Property Management
Hi I’m Nick Bartlett and I own and operate Freedom Rental Property Management, which manages rental properties in the North and West suburbs of the twin cities area. After becoming dissatisfied with other property management companies I previously hired to manage my own rentals while working full time in technology, I founded Freedom Rental Property Management in 2010 with the “job done right” values of thoroughness, integrity, accuracy, transparency, great communication, and pro-activeness. I have a genuine interest in using my experience and capabilities to help owners reap the benefits of their rental properties as it can be stressful and time consuming.
Property management is more challenging and litigious than ever before in tenant friendly Minnesota, so it’s essential to have the job done right. My skills include good communication, accuracy and attention to detail, organization and documentation, strong knowledge of rental laws and legal matters, and risk management.
My goal is to give you peace of mind with your investment. As an owner of rental property myself, I operate with an owner’s mindset, which includes protecting your asset, maximizing investment returns, minimizing risk, and great communication. I’ll take care of as much as possible so you can focus your efforts elsewhere.
